How is the Boss doing?

I am dead serious here. How am I doing, what do I need to do better, and what am I doing well. To be honest I'm not used to my projects getting done at all let alone continuing. So this is still a bit new.

A few things I do try for:
I try to play the hard ass, while not being an asshole. I need to make sure I put my foot down and that what I want gets completed timely or things fall apart. Likewise I try to listen and will change where I'm stomping my foot when a better idea is presented. Have I done well? Is it effective?

Serious any input would be great, just so I can be a more effective boss. Plus, everyone enjoying themselves? Cause that is the most important part. Always.

You need to be hard ass. Its your idea, your baby. If you weren't a hard ass then your idea would become the idea of someone else, it will be morphed and then you've lost. Right now I don't have any suggestions the Newsletter is in its infant stages, you are still trying to sort things out.

And yes I'm having fun, its cool to be on a paper of sorts again.

As for hard-ass thing, I believe it's important that the issue is done on time. For that, editor has to have an authority.

As for postcount, 10,000 posts mean nothing. I'm just a silly guy doing silly things.

I will say this much. You need to keep making a stink to get us writers. We need to keep the energy up. Post about us not only on the Space boards but also on the spot ones.

We do need to advertise but I don't want to be a whore about it, but you are right. I'll do another few forums posts and hopefulyl we'll get more attention this paper, especially with our headlining article.

There isn't anything wrong with adversitements as long as they are tasteful. I'm sure if we put our heads together we can get more people to write, edit and more importantly read.

Neither Pepsi, Nor Coke, wish you to be their customer, even if you were to offer to buy a lifetime supply, for you exceed even the evil that big business can attain. Yes you.
